The service
Clientoryx provides software for capturing enquiries, managing leads, customers, appointments and tasks. It is provided as a subscription described on the pricing page.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the actions of team members you invite into your workspace.
Your data
You own the data you enter. You grant us permission to store and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your customers' details.
Acceptable use
Do not use Clientoryx to send unsolicited messages, to store data you are not permitted to hold, or to attempt to access another business's workspace.
Fees
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Third-party communication usage such as SMS, WhatsApp and voice may incur additional usage charges, which are shown before you connect a provider.
No guarantees of outcome
Clientoryx provides tools and a process. It does not guarantee any number of enquiries, bookings, customers or revenue.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. On cancellation you can export your data; the workspace is deleted after a reasonable grace period.
